Parallel Pen 3mm Medium

A remarkable calligraphy fountain pen, the Pilot Parallel Pen is the perfect tool to discover this ancestral art and perfect your skills. Equipped with a stainless steel calligraphy nib composed of two rectangular blades, it allows you to easily create elegant letters, magnificent ornaments and incredible upstrokes and downstrokes. With a very soft nib that glides across the paper, this Pilot fountain pen is perfectly irrigated thanks to the Pilot ink regulator which offers perfect ink flow for a constant line, no matter what your writing speed.

This calligraphy kit contains a fine-tip Parallel Pen, two IC-P3 fountain pen ink cartridges (black and red), a pipette to clean the inside of the pen in between changing colours, and a very thin plastic sheet that can remove any paper fibres stuck in the calligraphy nib's double blade.

Pilot’s Parallel Pen is available in six different nib sizes, easily recognisable by the cap colours: red - 1.5 mm nib width (0.5 mm - 1.3 mm line); orange - 2.4 mm nib width (0.5 mm - 2.2 mm line); pink - 3.0 mm nib width (0.5 mm - 2.8 mm line); green - 3.8 mm nib width (0.5 mm - 3.6 mm line); turquoise - 4.5 mm nib width (0.5 mm - 4.3 mm line); blue 6.0 mm nib width (0.5 mm - 5.7 mm line).
